He has extensive experience with various legal issues involving construction projects, such as non-payment, extra work claims, delays, changed conditions, mechanic's liens, public bid protests, payment and performance bond claims, construction defects, labor law issues, contract preparation, and claim avoidance.
Mr. Barnaby is past Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's Construction Law Section and a member of the Section's Executive Committee for over twenty years.
